Octagon Poker Table Base

Looking at Legs and Bases for an Octagon Poker Table

Standard Table Legs

A lot of people initially look at standard or even folding legs for their octagon poker tables.  I have found that neither of these options are great as they tend to be in the way of someone’s legs.  Since this particular poker table is an octagon, it naturally sits 8 players.  If you’re adding 4 table legs to the bottom, you can assume that it will be a problem when you have a full game going.

Single Pedestal

Table Topper with No Legs

Possibly the most popular options is to leave the 4′ tables without any soft of base at all.  This table is fairly small and light and is easy to stow away for storage between uses.  Not fixing any legs to the poker table also gives it the ability to travel with you from house to house as the game rotates.
